Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use Orbs where you are located. Creating or entering an Orb requires a wallet-bound eligibility receipt under the current Rules, Terms, and Privacy Notice. You agree to provide accurate age information and not to evade eligibility controls. You may not use the service where participation, token transfers, or the applicable competition would violate law, sanctions, court order, or platform rules. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

Skill competitions, not wagering

Players do not pay to enter an Orb and do not stake funds against one another. A host voluntarily funds the advertised prize and pays the disclosed Orbs creation fee. Winner selection is based on validated skill-game completion, not random selection. Do not use Orbs to create lotteries, raffles, wagering markets, pooled player stakes, or other chance-based prize schemes.

Host responsibilities

Hosts must have authority to use the funds and content they provide, must accurately describe their Orb, and must not use Orbs for unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, infringing, or misleading activity. Hosts are responsible for any additional event- or contest-specific disclosures or rules required by their jurisdiction or relationship with participants.

Fees and prize funding

The creation screen shows the total token commitment before signing. The disclosed Orbs fee is included within that total commitment and the remainder is the winner prize. Token-denominated fee amounts are calculated from a time-limited price quote and may differ slightly from a simple decimal estimate because of token price movement and atomic-unit rounding. The final review and wallet transaction are controlling.

On-chain transactions

Solana transactions are public and generally irreversible once confirmed. Orbs cannot reverse a valid blockchain transaction or recover assets sent outside the supported flow. Wallets, Solana, RPC providers, token issuers, X, and other third-party services are independent services with their own terms and risks.

Prize custody and refunds

Funded prizes are held by the Orbs program in isolated on-chain escrow rather than a general Orbs server wallet. Claims and refunds remain subject to the deployed program, network availability, and the competition rules. A funded host cannot simply withdraw a live prize early. If the applicable refund time is reached without settlement, the on-chain refund path is designed to return refundable prize funds to the original host.

Tokens and taxes

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. USD values shown by Orbs are estimates or locked funding quotes, not guarantees of future value. Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, wallet security, and any legal obligations associated with receiving, transferring, or disposing of tokens.

Fair play, bots, and automated agents

Competitive play must be controlled directly by a human participant. Bots, autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents, scripts, macros, automated input systems, modified clients, remote-control systems, or other tools that play, control, or materially assist competitive gameplay are prohibited. You may not evade human checks, integrity systems, eligibility controls, identity limits, restrictions, or bans. Orbs may evaluate gameplay behavior together with account, wallet, session, device/request, and network-related signals to protect competition integrity. When Orbs reasonably suspects a violation, Orbs may restrict entry, remove a participant from live play, disqualify an entry or result, temporarily restrict access, or permanently block associated X accounts and wallets, subject to applicable law and the applicable competition rules. Waiting-room chat

Orb waiting rooms may include a public chat for fully registered participants. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, scams, personal information, unlawful content, or links intended to deceive or harm others. Chat is rate-limited and may be removed, limited, or disabled to protect participants and the service.

Service availability

Software, networks, APIs, wallets, and blockchains can fail. Orbs does not promise uninterrupted availability. Where a material technical or security problem prevents a fair competition, the applicable rules and on-chain refund mechanics govern the available remedy.

No investment or financial advice

Orbs is a game platform for host-funded, free-to-enter skill competitions. Nothing on the service is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and listing or supporting a token is not an endorsement of that token.
